Shipping

At www.pierremantoux.com you can buy without a minimum order.

The goods ordered can be shipped to:

  - Delivery time in the case of standard shipping is 2-3 working days.
  - Shipping is done by Bartolini courier.
  - Shipping by courier is free of charge for all orders of 49€ or more.
  - For purchases less than 49€, shipping costs are 4.90€.
- EUROPE AREA 1
  - Includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands.
  - Delivery time in the case of standard shipping is 5-7 working days.
  - The shipment is made by DHL courier.
  - Shipping by courier is free of charge for all orders of 49€ or more.
  - In case of purchases less than 49€, shipping costs are 7.90€.
- EUROPE AREA 2
  - Includes Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  - Delivery times in the case of standard shipping are 5-7 working days.
  - The shipment is made by DHL courier.
  - Shipping by courier is free of charge for all orders of 49€ or more.
  - In case of purchases less than 49€, shipping costs are 15.90€.

- EUROPE AREA 3
  - Includes EIRE, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, UK, Switzerland.
  - Delivery times in the case of standard shipping are 5-7 working days.
  - The shipment is made by DHL courier.
  - Shipping by courier is free of charge for all orders of 199€ or more.
  - In case of purchases below 199€, shipping costs are 28.90€.

Returns

You can make a return within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

RETURN INSTRUCTION:

- Verify that your product qualifies for return by checking the Terms and conditions.
- Begin the return process by sending an e-mail to commerciale@pierremantoux.com containing all return instructions, such as your order number and reason for return.
- Receive instructions for sending the product to be shipped to: Pierre Mantoux – Via Buonarroti 1 – 20054 Segrate (MI), Italy.
- Wait for the successful completion of the return and receive payment.

ACCREDITATION:

We will credit the amount to your bank account, PayPal account and/or your credit card, depending on the payment method you chose at the time of your order.
